Processing of flowers

Our Ethiopian roses are unpacked and processed by our flower handling company, Amflora Flower Services, at our own facilities at the flower auction of Aalsmeer. We have chosen to organize the processing of the flowers in Europe by our own organisation, because our goal is to sell a product with an optimal quality.

After transport every rose is checked on damages or other quality losses. After this the Roses will be sleeved and made ready for auctioning. We have several types of automated flower processing Lines. With these Lines we are able to process every rose variety optimally. For example, all large-sized varieties are processed with a specialized state-of-the-art machine. The final result is a perfect voluminous bunch or roses without any damages.

Because we have full control on the procession of the flowers, we are able to fulfill all kind of special wishes of customers, so our flowers are ready for sale in a shop or supermarket.

We have the opinion that our quality flowers from Ethiopia should be sold on the auction only after procession with great care. Because of our strict quality control we are able to supply our customers a product with excellent quality.
